3. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
Service availability is subject to date and resource confirmation.
Final event details must be provided before the scheduled event date.

4. Payments

Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Remaining balance must be cleared before the event.
Additional requirements requested later may incur extra charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the project stage.
Vendor payments already made cannot be refunded.

6. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information regarding the event.
Obtain necessary permissions and approvals if required.
Ensure timely communication with our team.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and designs are the property of Moments & VeerSona and may not be copied without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or vendor issues.

All client information is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
